By accessing this website, visiting our physical showroom in Nandurbar, shortlisting equipment, or placing orders for gym and sports machinery, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to retail customers, sports academies, schools, corporate fitness centers, and commercial gym setup projects across Maharashtra, Gujarat border regions, and Central India.

Due to the heavy commercial nature, custom steel gauge requirements, weight configurations, and fluctuating freight logistics of professional gym machinery and international sports brands, website prices may be displayed on an inquiry and quotation basis. Written quotations shared via WhatsApp, official letterhead, or email remain valid for 15 days unless otherwise specified in writing. All quoted prices are subject to applicable GST and local logistics charges.

Ketan Sports provides turnkey fitness center planning, including biomechanical space optimization, power cabling layout guidance, rubber flooring calculation, and machine allocation. Estimates and layout recommendations are generated based on client-provided carpet area dimensions. Physical site verification by our technical team can be arranged for qualifying turnkey commercial projects.

Standard off-the-shelf retail items (sports gear, free weights, standard accessories) are processed on 100% advance payment at the showroom. Customized commercial equipment setups, institutional bulk orders, or imported cardio lines require an initial 50% booking advance, with the remaining balance due prior to dispatch or upon delivery as per the agreement. Official tax invoices with GSTIN will be provided for all commercial transactions.

We arrange secure transportation across Nandurbar district, Dhule, Jalgaon, Nashik, Surat, and adjoining regions through trusted logistics partners. For complex multi-station machines, motorized commercial treadmills, and complete gym setups, our trained technicians provide on-site unboxing, leveling, cable tensioning, and commissioning. The customer is responsible for ensuring clear doorway access, elevator availability, and adequate electrical grounding (stabilizer/dedicated 15A points).

All branded motorized equipment (treadmills, ellipticals, commercial bikes) come with manufacturer structural and motor warranties (ranging from 1 to 5 years depending on the brand and model). Ketan Sports guarantees 100% genuine products with manufacturer serial numbers. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, motor issues, and controller boards under normal operating conditions. Damage resulting from power surges, water ingress, improper lubrication, or unauthorized tampering is not covered.

Customers are requested to inspect physical sports goods (such as cricket bats, rackets, balls, and protective gear) at the time of showroom purchase or upon delivery. Due to the high-impact nature of sports items, items broken through match play cannot be returned once used. In case of verified manufacturing defects reported within 48 hours of delivery for boxed machinery, replacement of defective components or repair will be facilitated promptly.

These terms and any commercial transactions or disputes arising out of business with Ketan Sports & Gym Equipments shall be governed exclusively by the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Nandurbar, Maharashtra.
